Funds Received for New Wheels

Project Independence was grateful to be the recipient of special funds from the Federal Transit Administration to receive 4 brand new vans. We were anxiously awaiting their arrival so when they showed up on our doorstep in January, the excitement was palpable. Our staff all gathered and met in the parking lot to examine these shiny new “Braunability” Dodge Wheelchair Accessible Vans.
