Community Support Specialist
The Community Support Specialist, (C.S.S.) helps to develop and implement the client’s individual service plan, (I.S.P.) including: skills training, case management, intervention and advocacy.
The Community Support Specialist, (C.S.S.) helps to develop and implement the client’s individual service plan, (I.S.P.) including: skills training, case management, intervention and advocacy.
To provide support and training in a dignified, adult appropriate manner within natural community settings in order to improve the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities.
The Job Coach implements all areas of the client’s individual service plan including job preparation, coaching and support services. Monitors the client’s health and safety. May provide case management.
The Personal Care Attendant is responsible for daily living activities, routine household duties and oversees client’s immediate health and safety.
